Digital Course Refund and Return Policy
While we strive to ensure maximum satisfaction for all our customers, we understand that there may be instances where you might feel it necessary to request a refund.
Refund Eligibility
All customers are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, since we’re dealing with digital goods, there are a few conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
1. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the course by having accessed at least some of the course content. This is to ensure that the refund policy is not used as an opportunity to access the course for free.
2. You must provide a detailed, legitimate reason for wanting to return the course and request a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
There are certain digital products that cannot be returned:
1. Downloadable software products
2. Gift cards
In such cases, the sales are final and a refund will not be possible.
Refund Process
If you are eligible and would like to request a refund, kindly send us an email at learn@webtomo.com. Please include your order number (provided in your confirmation email), name, and reason for your refund request.
Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate it and communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at learn@webtomo.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated time, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at learn@webtomo.com.
